Moniroth plays a key role in amplifying the voice and impact of IYBW by leading the organization's communication strategy across all media platforms. He ensures all impactful activities of IYBW are well communicated to the world as it will be the source of inspiration to empower youth globally.

Yarida plays a crucial role in driving IYBW’s impact by leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of impactful youth programs, while simultaneously fostering a strong and engaged member base.
