Make a leader, make a change.

International Youth for a Better World (IYBW) is a non-profit organization that collaborates with local communities to cultivate the next generation of local leaders and change-makers. IYBW change-makers are dedicated to resolve community issues and transform the world into a better place. The IYBW professional development program assists them in developing life skills such as leadership, entrepreneurship, and advocacy.

We aim to work in one country at a time, starting from Cambodia, to train, support, and produce a minimum of 300 entrepreneurs, change-makers and civic leaders.

For a widespread and long-lasting progress to happen in a world that is becoming more interconnected, we must work to strike a balance between a local focus and a global network.

Growing up in abject poverty and raised by a single-mother education was almost too far to pursue for Thomith Chin. There were many times that he could not afford to pay a one-dollar monthly fee for an English class taught by a monk in the monastery when he was in Cambodia. Breakfast and lunch were often a trade-off with a part-time class fee.
